In case you would like to implement some new custom modules, you will be able to request them after you become a customer. CMS currently supports IGCN, MUDevs, Loius and MUEMU server files, but if you provide me database of XTeam files I can take a look and check if it's the same with already supported files. You can still install web server on your local machine and host website there. You can use XAMPP or any other apache/nginx based web server. In case you have more questions do not hesistate to ask
