What requirements must my hosting have to be able to buy your cms and if I will have your support to install it?

I have files from season 20 that manages a separate accountsDB and I see that this is where the users are stored.

Yes, it's supported.

My PHP version is 8.1, should I downgrade to 7.4?

Yes, currently CMS works on PHP 7.2 - 7.4 so it will not work on 8.1.
